Guys, cannot stress enough how much I am APPRECIATING the candor. You guys are keeping it real and the genuineness comes across. Instead of lambasting everything is “Surreal , or Fantastic”- I do appreciate it when folks call a spade a spade. Like you candidly said the fish cave ain’t much. I love that. Please stay genuine, especially when you blow up👍🏼
Yeah, its far too many superficial things on the internet for us to add to it. We said when we started this we would keep it real. We might spice up a few things here and there, but we'll always show the realness of travel. Some people might get angry that we said their favorite place or favorite restaurant wasn't good in our opinion, but that's ok. I do feel like people appreciate authenticity a lot more.
@@TheDetourDuohonesty is the best policy. Keep it up guys. Be genuine and real- that’s the reason why I am following and am sure why many are your followers. Plus not to discount the excellent videography, the content as well as the narration and commentary. Good luck to you guys.
I’ve been watching a lot of RUclipsrs’ videos traveling around Pai lately but this is truly the best one! The views are absolute stunning and the editing is really fun to watch. Thank you for visiting our country and for giving away that 360 cam!
Glad you like them! It was a lot of footage to sort through, but we're really happy with what we were able to capture. Still doesn't do any of these places any justice though.
So true! We've heard people say they chase your motorbike and stuff. I'm like these animals have zero concern with people unless you come to pet them or have treats.
I’m so glad that you guys went to the village to learn about, connect with, and support the Burmese Karen community. I almost had the opportunity to go there many years ago to offer support and aid. For some reason, I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for them. I really respect the way you handled your visit. Thank you for sharing your insight and wisdom.
I died laughing at "Fish cave... moving on" and then felt awful laughing one second later when I heard you droped your Insta360 into the water! 😅 You handled it WAY better than we (well, Ashley) would have. Lol. Definitely regret not seeing more of Mae Hong Son. It looks stunning. Also, these graphics guys. Soooo good.
Haha I think the reason I handled it so well is because I'm used to breaking them. It's so easy to scratch the lens that I just pretty much assumed it was never going to make it through the trip. I love the angle it gives but it's kind of a pain to have to be extremely careful with it all the time. Thanks! I'm always like how much graphic work should I do that I really have time for and then I go down a rabbit hole and spend half the day working on just one 😅
My partner and I did the loop back in 2019/2020. Loved Pai, loved having a powerful scooter to get around on with all our luggage, love your experiences and the drone shots! We saw almost all the same things. Happy travels! I’ve subscribed.
Thanks for watching and subscribing. Wish we had more powerful scooters. Our little 125cc scooters were champs, but we were full throttle on the mountain passes. It's such a unique and fun experience to have though.
A nice compilation of moments 🙂 The spot where you open the video is one of my regular stops when travelling to & from MHS. In 2007 my (now) wife and I stopped there and I took some photos of a young lady stallholder and her little son. On my next visit I gave her a couple of A4 prints, and thus began a regular cycle of photo taking for several of the families for the following years. We still stop and chat. And well done on the walk from your accommodation down to the lake and back - that's a fair old trek after a day riding.
That actually sounds really special especially for those families. Thank you for being kind. We made the walk a couple times. It definitely takes it's toll on you after riding all day, but the food was worth it in the end and so cheap!
@@TheDetourDuo No problem! It's actually a very well edited video in general. Love the creativity, sometimes travel videos can get pretty cookie cutter-y, I appreciate the extra effort fr fr
ดูวีดีโอของคุณทุกคลิป,,ถึงแม้จะฟังไม่เข้าใจ😂😂
haha we usually get Thai subtitles. A little late this week, but thank you for watching. Maybe we can get someone to teach us more Thai

Thank you. We were debating if it were even right to visit or bring our camera, but their stories should be heard. I wish we did more now, honestly

2:49 หวังว่าจะมีคนเจอครับ
Me too but I don't want to encourage people to break rules or desecrate scared grounds to get it
Views from drone is an added bonus. Good job.
Thanks!

Great recommendation. I don't know if we have time to venture there this time around
Very nice my friend

ESAN Loop pleaseeee
That's a big task. Might be something we put on the travel itinerary for next year. But something we for sure would like to do 😅
Great video, the views look relaxing.

12:36 nice edit, never seen that before
Thank you! It's a built-in transition in Davinci. I can only take credit for how I used it, not how it's made 😅

I happened to visit meahongson when there’s forest fire, it was unfortunate.
Oh no!
Is there another name for the place you call "Bahn Rock Thai"? It looks like a cool spot but I couldn't find it on Google Maps.
Try the spelling “Ban Rak Thai”! 😁
Got it! Lol just an American spelling it wrong...added to the travel list
Glad you found it! Enjoy!
ประเทศไทยยินดีต้อนรับขอให้มีความสุขกับการเที่ยวไทยครับ
